A service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29, 2008, in the mausoleum of Mountain View Cemetery in Oregon City for Geneva Laura Farley of Milwaukie, who died Aug. 24 at age 84.
Geneva Laura Johnson was born Dec. 21, 1923, in Havre, Mont., and moved to Portland as a child. She graduated from Commerce High School and was a U.S. Bank teller for about 30 years. She moved to Milwaukie in 1970. She married Virgil Brandt in the early 1950s; he died in 1966. In 1968, she married Richard Farley; he died in 1983.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Wright and Barbara Rice; sons, Allen Brandt, Jerry Brandt and Larry Farley; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
